Optimize the Use of Office Printers

If you want to optimize the use of printers in a large law office, consider using PrinterLogic's printer installation portal. This web-based system both facilitates the installation of printers, and maps their location in the office.


As the below schematic shows, PrinterLogic pinpoints the location of printers on a floorplan. Any printer can be installed simply by clicking on a printer icon.



Small icons will indicate which printers are capable of color printing. You'll no longer have to hunt around for the location of a back-up printer that you sent a job to.


If PrinterLogic's system is installed on your network you should see a printer icon with a white cross on a green field in your system tray. Clicking on this will bring up the portal.
