Automatic Creation of Categories and Examples

When creating a categorization set in Relativity, keep in mind the following:

When the 'Create Categories and Examples' button is clicked on the console.

. . . Relativity will clear all existing examples and categories.

Categories will then be created for each choice in the Categories and Examples source field.

Examples will also be created for each document for which the 'Example Indicator' field is set to 'Yes'.

These example documents will then receive categories based on the values in the 'Categories and Examples Source' field.

If the example indicator field is not selected for a categorization set, then new examples will be created for every document for which a value is selected in the 'Categories and Examples' source field.
