Double-checking Responsive Coding in Relativity with Cluster Visualization

Last night's tip, discussed how to use cluster visualization to help detect inconsistencies in the coding of documents. Here's some additional information on this process.

1. Right click on a cluster with responsive documents and select the option for, 'View Nearby Clusters'. Note that in order for this option to work queries will have to be enabled on the analytics index used for the cluster

2. The selected cluster will be placed at the center of the screen, and you can review clusters in the closest orbit for additional responsive documents.

3. Darker clusters should be bunched around the selected cluster. If you see dark shaded clusters towards the perimeter, you should investigate the documents in these clusters - they may have been coded incorrectly.
