The Fastest Way to Review Email Threads in Relativity

One of the principal complaints that attorneys have about document databases is the slow speed at which searches can be run and search results reviewed. If your firm is using a Relativity workspace and the document review involves a lot of email messages, the following tip will be helpful.

If you navigate through a parent email message and its attachments, using the Related items pane, in the viewer for an individual document,

. . . the emails messages and attachments in a thread will load less quickly, than if a user reviews the messages in a thread using the email threading display visualization, which is accessed by clicking on an icon below the extracted text and native version of the document. Each message, and any attachments, can be accessed by clicking on the segments of the displayed thread.
