Scan apps

Adobe has been touting its Scan app. I installed it on my iPhone today after weeks of seeing an ad for it each time I open Acrobat on my Win 7 laptop.   

From what I can tell it doesn't do much better in scanning & OCRing than apps like scanner pro which have been around for a while but may be marginally better.
