Bookmarklet to Select Range of Checkboxes

Back on January 5, 2016, the tip of the night was on a bookmarklet that could be used to toggle all of the checkboxes on a web page in Internet Explorer. So if you select 2 of 20, and toggle with bookmarklet the other 18 will be selected instead.

Markus Fisch has posted a bookmarklet to this page, which can instead be used to select a range of checkboxes. Bookmarklets are very easy to install. Simply open Markus's page in IE, and drag the blue underlined link, 'Check Range' up to the Favorites toolbar.

Click the link. Check off the first box in the range, and then holding down the SHIFT key click the last box in the range. Presto, all of the boxes in between will be checked!

The new version of Court Alert includes check boxes to the right of filing listings. With these boxes you select the documents you want to automatically download. Having Markus's bookmarklet installed can save a lot of time in this process.
