Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

if you're working with an older version of Adobe Acrobat, such as XI, consider installing the new version, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC . A 30 day trial version can be downloaded for free.

One of the neat features of Acrobat Pro DC is that it allows users to save and access files in the Adobe Document Cloud You just need to go to the File menu and select Save as PDF and then pick the option for 'Document Cloud' . Another user logged into your account on another PC will be able to access the changes you make as soon as you have saved them to the Cloud.

Acrobat Pro DC will also automatically match colors, fonts, and style and allow you to edit even scans of hard copies with far greater proficiency than in past versions. See this example where we are editing a copy of the First Family's tax return and specifically changing the title.

As you can see the faded unusual font of the originally is perfectly matched, making the edit almost undetectable.
